Sue was a valued member of the Society, having been elected in 1989. During the 1990’s she began to specialise in oil paintings of children on the beach, which were charming and very popular. Her more recent works were inspired by exhibits at the Musee de L’Homme, Paris. Although very ill, Sue managed to show her work last year at the Rye Society of Artists summer show 2018. Her work will continue to be enjoyed throughout many private collections all over the world Like many others , we will miss her
